Stock averages could go higher

if stock prices get back to where they were

just a few months ago.

GE has reason to be more than 37

and I am long GE in my account.

IBM, MSFT, CVX and XOM

could tack on two points each

and they should have good reason

to go back to those prices.

All the averages can extend their YTD gains

in the face of all those who were wrong

in their forecasting for the beginning of 2006.

Option expiration is on the 20th

and all kinds of games will be played until then.
