For whatever reason, it is a rally and one of the most powerful.

Poor choices have caused these problems.

These poor decisions were made by the taxpayer that bought real estate at the top,

the real estate brokers that pushed the sale,

all the way up to the CEO’s of these failed financial services companies.

The social elements of corporate management are flawed by human nature.

The taxpayer put us in this mess and shouldn’t complain about financing US out of it.
